Helping Keep on Top of Things
Mrs Y has back pain after years of lifting and bending as a nurse. I visit every fortnight and keep on top of all those bending and lifting jobs which allows her to to the gardening jobs she enjoys.
And we also enjoy a good gossip.

Customers like Mrs Y make up the bulk of the work I do.
Travelling
Mrs G likes to travel. What she needs is someone to come every two or three weeks to keep the grass cut and edged and the borders weeded. Its one thing off her 'to do' this when she gets home.
No Longer Able
The family of this very elderly customer came to me for help with his garden. Suffering serious health issues, the gentleman was unable to look after the garden at all, and it had fallen into a state of disrepair. Over several weeks I brough the garden back to it's once beautiful self and now I attend for an hour a fortnight to keep it quietly ticking over.
Young and Busy
Miss R moved into her first home with a garden, a large garden, a large garden that hadn't been touched in years! The prospect of even looking at the garden was overwhelming, especially when working a full time job and doing the interior renovations. I spent an hour a week over two months bringing the garden back to place where she felt she could tackle it on her own. I still get the occasional message from her asking for advice about a plant, or showing off the work she's done in the garden.
My Own Garden
I'm not a landscaper and I'm not a garden designer. But I am passionate about gardens. I love them! Every shape and size. Even after a day in the job, I love to come back to my own garden and get stuck in. Though, I have no formal qualifications, I do have a good knowledge of a good range of plants and shrubs and will be able to support or advise on pruning and maintaining most common plants.
